When the employee gives their best performance during the work, it will give the company many benefits or advantages. Therefore, the leader must have some tricks to improve employee performances:

  • Fulfill employee rights

Before we ask them to do their best for the job, as a good leaders, we need to fulfill employee rights first. When the employee has received their right from use, they will show their best and willingly work harder to complete the best job. Do not expect them to do something more than what they get from us unless we have fulfilled their rights.

  • Give them or honest review and input

When our staff can do their best in finishing the job, we need to give them appreciation and praise for what they have done. However, if they do not give significant improvement during a certain period of work, we have to say that they have to work harder than before. By giving them praise or critics, it may help them to improve their performance and boost their skill to be better.

  • Provide job training

Job training is a really good option to improve employee performance. By training, they can hone their skill, improve information, and also enhance the new skill that they have not received before.
